Shipping & Return Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

After successfully placing your order, the order will be processed within up to 3 business days from date of order. This excludes public holidays, and/or weekends. Our order processing cut-off time is after 5PM. If an order is placed after our cut-off time, the order will be processed the following business day. You will be notified once an order has been processed and shipped.

SHIPPING AREAS, RATES, AND DURATION

We offer standard shipping within the United States, and do not currently ship internationally yet. We are constantly working on expanding the areas where we ship, so please stay tuned!

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you are looking to make a return, please take a look at our Return Eligibility Policy below for more information. Changes and Cancellation of orders can be made within 2 hours of order purchase.

LIABILITY & PROTECTION

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping once the item is received by the courier. You must contact the courier directly regarding transit and delivery issues. Since all packages do not require a signature for delivery, please be aware the items will be delivered to the shipping address provided and left at the door. Should you require ‘sign for delivery’ please email info@volairofficial.com upon placing your order for further assistance.

We are also not liable for incorrect shipping information provided, and if shipping information provided upon checkout makes it impossible for the courier to identify the recipient.

RETURN & REFUND PERIOD

We have a 14-day return & refund policy, which means you have 14 days after item receipt to inspect your item and request a refund, and items should be returned within 7 days upon approval of return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Your order will be eligible for a return if all of the following condition(s) are met:

  1. Item received is unworn and unwashed;
  2. Item received is undamaged;
  3. Item purchased is in original packaging and all packaging material is in good condition;

If all of the requirements above are met, please e-mail us with the reason for your return, along with the order confirmation number, name, and email associated with your order/account at info@volairofficial.com for assessment.

Once the request has been sent you will receive instructions to proceed with the return process.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund if it does NOT comply with our Return Policy.

INITIATE YOUR RETURN

Once your return has been approved, you will have 7 days to pack and ship the eligible items. We reserve the right to retract the return approval if you fail to send out the item within 7 days.

  1. Securely pack your return and include the original packaging (shoebox, dustbags). Make sure to pack using the original shipping box with any original packing materials. For a clearly damaged shoebox, a $5 penalty will be deducted from the refund.
  2. Affix shipping label. 
  3. Take the package to your nearest U.S. Postal Service drop-off location. Please be sure to retain the tracking number in the event the package is lost.
  4. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.

For a returned item to pass the inspection and qualify for a full refund, the items must meet the following conditions:

  1. Return request is initiated within 14 days of receipt and item is shipped within 7 days upon approval;
  2. Item is still in its original condition with the original box and packing materials;
  3. Item must NOT be worn, soiled, washed, damaged, or altered in any way;

Final sale items are NOT eligible for returns; If all conditions are met after inspection, your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment within 3 days of receipt of returned items.

You are responsible for the returned item until the parcel reaches our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for the lost or theft of parcels, or any incorrect identification or shipping information.
